`Enrolled, House Joint Resolution, repealing Act No. 302, H.J.R. 227, 1976, regular session, which petitioned the Congress of the United States to convene a Constitutional Convention for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the Constitution requiring that Federal spending not exceed estimated Federal revenues: Now, be it
`Resolved by the Legislature of Alabama, both Houses thereof concurring, That Act No. 302, H.J.R. 227, 1976, Regular Session, is hereby repealed.'
